Shipping / Production

Your pieces are handmade with care; they also take time to produce.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Our production time is currently 14-21 business days while Kaci is awaiting Baby K and on somewhat of a "maternity leave".

You will receive an email during production letting you know we have our hands on your order + that it will ship soon (this email will include the tracking number for your package when it ships!).

*Dates are approximate and are subject to change with sales, special launches / collaborations, holidays, etc.

SHIPPING:

We offer three shipping options at checkout — USPS First Class (2-6 business days), Priority Mail (1-4 business days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days). A friendly reminder — shipping estimates begin when your order ships. These estimates do not include our production time.
