Up to 14 days
We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-custom pieces with original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Once an order has shipped out we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.
To start a return/exchange, please reach out to us at hello@psfortysix.com with your order # in the subject line.
*Exchanges must be for the same product, in a different metal type or chain length. All other exchange requests will be processed as store credit.
**Allow up to 2 weeks after your order has been delivered for returns and exchanges to be processed. Processing time may increase during peak sales seasons.
***As of March 1, PS46 no longer offers free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your items.
